កម្មវិធីប្រកួតប្រជែងជ្រើសរើសយុវជនឆ្នើមមានប្រកួតប្រជែង ( សកម្មភាព ) សម្រាប់រយះពេល០៨​សប្ដាហ៍ ដែលមានបេក្ខជនទាំងអស់១៨រូប ដែលនឹងប្រកួតប្រជែងដើម្បីឈ្នះជាជើងឯករបស់កម្មវិធី ចំពោះ​ការប្រកួតប្រជែងនីមួយៗ អ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធីប្រកួតប្រជែង នឹងមានរៀបចំវគ្គហ្វឹកហ្វឺនដល់បេក្ខជន​ទាំងអស់ ព្រម​ទាំងផ្ដល់សម្ភារៈ និង ធនធានចាំបាច់សម្រាប់ការប្រកួតប្រជែង កម្មវិធីប្រកួតប្រជែង​ជ្រើស​រើសយុវជនឆ្នើមនឹងមានរៀបចំក្រុមការងារចំនួន ០២រូប ដើម្បីសង្កេតនិងឃ្លាំមើលរាល់សកម្មភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់​ក្រុមទាំង និង របស់បេក្ខជនម្នាក់ៗ ដើម្បីធ្វើការវាយតម្លៃនិងជ្រើសរើសយកអ្នកឈ្នះនិងអ្នកចាញ់ក្រោយពី ការប្រកួតប្រជែងនីមួយៗ ចៅក្រម ០១រូប គឺជាអ្នកធ្វើសេចក្ដីសម្រេចចិត្តជំរុះបេក្ខជន០២រូបពីក្រុមចាញ់ ចេញពីកម្មវិធីសម្រាប់ការប្រកួតប្រជែងនីមួយៗ

    I like the show except one thing that the candidates on the losing side are required to express their dissatisfaction towards each other in order to justify that one outperforms another and one should stay. This practice encourages disunity and selfishness and it doesn’t create a friendly environment for the staying candidates and the leaving candidates, who used to be a team. We should not be noticing each other’s shortcomings while working together and end up spitting it out. In the current situation, We need work as a team toward a common goal–a prosperous Cambodia. And this is what the show, for me, has failed to achieve.

    In regards to what “anonymous” said, perhaps the judges should take away points if someone makes unfair comments about a candidate. Also, the judges can add points if someone gives justified praise for a candidate. Giving palatable feedback and praise are the hallmarks a great leader.

    Regardless, I love the concept for this show. The lesson is that of merit. Leaders should become leaders because they work harder and do a better job at leading.

    Selection and competition is what makes a country prosperous.

    If the best cook is selected, the restaurant will do well. If the best manager is selected, the business will do well.

    If someone can’t be the cook, they can consider being a waitress. If someone can’t be the manager, they can be the accountant. But for every job and position there needs to be fun, friendly competition.

    And in the end, win or lose, we keep our head up, smile sincerely and shake the other person’s hand.

    The lion never knows its strength until it meets the bull.

    I think the judges can’t add or substract points from the candidates according to their comments. Because, they are expressing their own views and it is hard to justify. If we think their comments are unfair and take away their points, they will only give good comments, eventhough they are not what they want to express.

    I still think that the show should give a more friendly ending for the losing candidates. The judges should be the ones to give critical comments instead of having the losing candidates doing so.
